If you are not completely satisfied with a Mdpros.co purchase, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for Mdpros.co purchases and in-store purchases. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Mdpros.co monitors return activity by customers for abuse, and if we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that Mdpros.co will no longer accept any returns from that customer, with or without a receipt.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at Mdpros.co discretion.
Please allow three weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
When you return your new or gently used MdPros.ca purchase by mail and we receive it within 30 days of purchase:
♦ If you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item.
♦ If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.
♦ If you paid with Pay Bright, you will receive a full refund to your Pay Bright account.
If we receive your new or gently used item by mail between 31 and 60 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund in the form of an online store credit for the item which may be redeemed at MdPros.co For more information on how to redeem your online store credit, please contact our agents.
For new or gently used MdPros.co products returned in a MdPros.co Canada store, rather than by mail, received within 30 days of purchase:
♦ If you paid for your purchase with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item.
♦ If you paid with a MdPros.co online store credit, you will receive a refund on a MdPros.co merchandise credit that can only be used at MdPros.co Canada stores and is not valid for use on MdPros.ca.
New or gently used items returned in a MdPros.co Canada store without an original packing slip but found within our system, will be processed according to this refund and exchange policy. Any products not verifiable within our system will be ineligible for a refund, exchange, or credit.
Items purchased on MdPros.co may not be returned by mail or in stores, and will not be refunded, more than 60 days after purchase.
Items shipped to MdPros.co outside of the returns window, not in new or gently used condition, without a MdPros.co original packing slip, or not purchased at MdPros.co, may not be credited back or returned to you. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
MdPros.co is unable to offer exchanges by mail; however, we are happy to exchange your new or gently used product in any of our store locations within 60 days of purchase.
