The Role of Hydrocolloids

Hydrocolloids are a blend of hydrophilic natural gel and hydrophobic synthetic rubber.

It discharges and absorbs an appropriate amount of exudate to provide the skin with an optimal healing environment.

It also blocks water, germs, and impurities that could cause a secondary infection.
